We offer a flexible payment plan option for students to pay their fees in instalments. The payment plan has the following features and conditions:
There is a one-time administrative fee of $200 (Australian dollars) for ELICOS courses, but there is no administrative or extra fee for VET courses.
We require a minimum payment to issue the COE depending on the course and the student’s visa status. For ELICOS courses, the minimum amount is 6 weeks upfront for onshore students and 16 weeks upfront for offshore students, plus the enrolment fee and the materials fee. For VET courses, the minimum payment is $1,500 for offshore students and $800 for onshore students.
The number of instalments depends on the duration of the course. For example, a 12-week course has 2 instalments, a 24-week course has 4 instalments, a 36-week course has 6 instalments, and a 48-week course or more has the maximum number of instalments, 8 Installments.
